We're expanding our Instructional Design team in Cebu and looking for creative, detail-oriented people who want to design engaging digital learning experiences.

Design, develop and animate e-learning
As an Instructional Designer, you'll help design, develop, and animate e-learning content for corporate learning and training programmes. The role combines three things:
Visual design
Make learning look as good as it works.
- Visualise the instructional graphics, user interface and finished product
- Design and animate course screens, characters and scenes
Instructional design
Turn content into something people remember.
- Storyboard courses and plan the learning flow
- Propose creative treatments and fresh instructional strategies
E-learning development
Build it, test it, ship it.
- Build engaging activities and course content in Articulate Storyline
- Work with Adobe Creative Cloud and, on some projects, mixed reality tools
The tools you'll use: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, plus Articulate Storyline. New to Storyline? We'll train you.

You don't need the job title already. You do need a strong portfolio.
Moving into instructional design?
We welcome graphic designers who want to make the switch. A strong design portfolio matters most, and an interest in e-learning and digital learning design is highly preferred. We'll train you on our instructional design process and e-learning development.
Already doing ID work?
Even better! Experience in e-learning development, storyboarding, learning design or authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline will be an advantage.
Just finished your degree?
Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply. Multimedia arts, fine arts, IT and education graduates are all a good fit.
What helps you stand out
- A portfolio that shows layout, typography, illustration or motion
- Comfort with Adobe Creative Cloud; Articulate Storyline is a plus
- Clear written and spoken English, and you enjoy working closely with a team
- You organise your work so others can pick it up and understand it
- Nice to have: basic HTML5 and JavaScript
